It is not always possible to completely get rid of insects indoors, but a combination of suitable products, diligent cleaning, and home repairs can help a lot.

  • The fight starts with house repairs that prevent insects from invading our space.
    1. Repair window or door screens that have been cracked or do not close tightly
    2. Check ventilation outlets, supply pipes and other openings in the house that may need waterproofing, replacement or repair
  • After we have used the appropriate insecticide for our” invader”, we repeat the application after rain.
    1. We make sure to check the weather first, as it is not a good idea to use an outdoor product in case rain is forecast. Ideal conditions are on days with a temperature below 30 degrees.
    2. We reapply outdoors after heavy rain in case the problem is not eliminated. For other products, we check the reapplication information on the label or ask our qualified staff.
  • We don’t panic, we use bait for ants or cockroaches
    1. Baits do not trap ants or cockroaches. Ant baits, for example, kill ants in their nest. After the ants eat the bait, they return to the colony and transfer the bait to the Queen and the other ants, thus killing the entire colony.
    2. Although baits for ants and cockroaches are designed to be more attractive to ants and cockroaches than other food sources, we remove exposed food and water.
    3. We do not place baits in places that have been sprayed with aerosol or liquid insecticide and we do not spray ants or cockroaches or the surrounding area after the baits have been placed. Insects cannot return to the colony if they are already dead.
    4. The more baits we place and the closer we place them to the places where ants or cockroaches are hiding, the more effective it will be to manage the problem.
